This character is named Ocelot. The protagonist of Devil's Rainfall. Technically this Ocelot is the product if the two islands' truce, experimentation and hard work of over 90 years. However after he killed Doctor Thomas, the latest doctor and scientist who were "working" on his development, he had little to no direction in his own life, leading him to live alone on a mountain wearing the same clothes as he did several years ago.
